5 DECADES LOST…
explores the lasting impact of fractured relations between the US and Cuba, how politics have kept families apart for generations. Decades have passed, time that will never return, and in the middle of it all are the people who stayed behind. This series offers a glimpse into their lives, their resilience, and the quiet cost of separation. Not all, but most of the people I photographed shared a moment with me over a cup of café—conversations filled with warmth, history, and reflection. It’s a reminder that while generations may be lost, human connection still finds a way to endure.
